1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through our carrier's website or via litandlovelystore.com.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after your shipping confirmation email is sent.


6. Customs & Import Duties

Lit&Lovely ships internationally from our fulfillment centers. Your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.


7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:

  1. Check your tracking information for updates
  2. Contact your local post office or carrier

We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly. If a package is confirmed lost, we will offer a full refund or a free replacement at your choice.


8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. SleepMist is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@litandlovelystore.com — we can only make changes before the order is dispatched.
